Gift Vouchers and Discounts
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do! They are under products, labelled Gift Vouchers. They come in $20, $30, $50, $100 at this stage.
In purchase notes, please add your relative / friend / loved one’s name and a message. We will email them their special code to use on the site along with your message.
Can I use mutiple gift vouchers in one order?
Unfortunately, one gift voucher is per transaction per person, so you wouldn’t be able to use them all at once.
How do I get special deals / discounts on your site?
If you are a returning customer, you may receive a loyalty discount for coming back to buy.(Note: You would have to sign up to become a returning customer / subscriber). Discount vouchers cannot be used on items already on sale.
Does the voucher discount apply to the full order?
Yes, per purchase, and only one voucher per purchase.
(Note: Each voucher would have its own terms / conditions stated on the voucher)
I cannot see where to enter my voucher discount code.
The voucher discount is applied only at Cart. You can enter this upon Checkout.
Shipping and Collection
What are your postage / shipping fees
We do free delivery at the moment due to COVID-19.
Free delivery will continue till end of the year 2020 within Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
We do! Postage fees are discounted. We use a courier inclusive of tracking. Please contact us for a quote if you would like to post any of Vicky’s – Oh, Baby! item/s overseas.
We can ship to over 200 countries.
This is our courier's estimtated delivery time for arrival of items.
New Zealand (approx. 4-6 business days)
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (6-13 business days)
Rest of the World (10-15 business days)
Do you offer pick up?
If you are based local, we are happy for you to pick up either at our Chelsea store or at our collection point in Highett, VIC.
This can be arranged.
There is free shipping within VIC.
When are items dispatched?
Items are often dispatched 1-2 business days after an order has been made.
Please ensure orders are booked before 8pm each day to get next business day dispatch as our courier is booked then.
Who do you use as a postal option?
We use Sendle couriers and Australia Post.
If you prefer Australia Post, please add this in your order notes. Please also note that Australia Post charges us much more, depending on postcode, and at times, it may not be feasible for us to carry out your preference. If you still wish to opt for your preferred postal carrier, this may incur a slight add-on cost for preferred delivery. Please contact us on fees at email@example.com
What sort of payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, card on delivery (no surcharge), all credit card payments accepted, Paypal. (Note: Credit card and Paypal fees may apply.)
Are all prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Can I preorder a style/design that is not available?
Yes, you can. Simply fill in the preorder form or email us at email@example.com we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If the style / design is available for order, we will email an invoice or get in touch with a quote and request payment. Once payment is received, we will try our very best to dispatch your order as soon as we can. Please be patient with us and kindly give us 7-14 working days to source, process and dispatch your order. We will keep you informed and updated through the process.
How quick can I get a preorder in?
We will try our very best to source this for you as quickly as possible and keep you updated at all times. Sometimes, it can take us 24-48 hours to source this item for you and if you are within VIC, you may receive it that same week of your order. Most preorders would take approx 2-3 weeks for sourcing, handling and shipping.
At times, the design is no longer in stock in a particular size. If this is the case, we will offer you an alternative or money back guarantee if we cannot get the style you want in or by the required time frame.
How often is stock updated?
We try our very best to update stock on our website listings once every fortnight, particularly as we sell on various platforms and at markets / events.
New stock is ordered monthly and usually reflected on our product listings once unpacked.
